How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

 Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location

When will personalized orders be shipped?

Personalized orders require 2–3 working days for production, after which they are dispatched.

How can I track my order?

 Is there a minimum order quantity for customization?

Yes, customization is generally available for bulk orders with minimum quantity requirements

How long does it take to produce customized orders?

 Customized orders usually require 2–3 working days for production before dispatch

Returns & Refunds

 What is your return or exchange policy?

 If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note that personalised or customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange

 How do I initiate a return or exchange request?

 You can raise a return or exchange request through our website within 48 hours of delivery. Once the request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process

Are there any return shipping charges?

Yes, return transit charges are borne by the customer. In most locations, pickup service may be available when submitting the return request.

How are refunds processed?

 If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer. If the new product is of lower value, the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 7 working days after the return process is completed
